Had an amazing time at this place! the staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was vibrant. Really loved the rooms, especially the wine and the cute bathroom. the quirky artwork added a fun touch to it all. 🎨

The food here is so tasty and we got to try a lot of it. 🍽️ Plus, you can't beat the perfect location right by the coast. the staff are super friendly and the garden views are so pleasant to look at.

The rooms here are modern and nicely furnished with smoke detectors for safety, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is bright, plus it's conveniently located for walking to downtown.

Our stay at The Cubana was fantastic from start to finish. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We loved the added bonus of having a mini bar in the room. The pool area was so relaxing and we enjoyed the convenience of the coffee van in the morning. We felt completely welcomed and the customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The rooms have been recently renovated to a high standard and they provide everything we needed for our comfortable stay. The manager was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met. We were even allowed to park our large trailer on-site, which provided us with great security. Our room, number 7, was exceptionally spacious and beautifully decorated. We absolutely loved it!

I loved that there was a mini bar in the room and the shower was great. The hotel also had bikes available for guests to borrow, which was a nice touch. The location was ideal, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. the hotel provided great value for money and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to this city.

The room I stayed in had a strong odor of smoke that made it difficult to breathe and sleep comfortably. While the bed was comfortable, the smell was overwhelming and persisted despite attempts to mitigate it.

There was one negative aspect that disappointed us. The internet browsing app on the TV had inappropriate content from a previous guest, which made us uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room.

The Cubana Motel in Ballina was a comfortable and delightful stay. The property was clean and newly renovated with a beautiful design that reminded me of exotic South America. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a nice bed and good TV. I appreciated the ample parking available and the excellent cafe/coffee van on-site. The location was fantastic, especially with the convenience of push bikes available for hire at no extra cost. The pool area was lovely, and the BBQ and grassed area provided a great spot for family gatherings. a great experience.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering an upgrade and complimentary washing after our unfortunate encounter with a pelican. The manager was especially friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to park our trailer on-site for added security. We also appreciated the little coffee van out front, perfect for our early morning caffeine fix. a fresh, clean, and quiet hotel with great service.
